REFRAMING GRIEF AND DEATH

Here is a video of an interview about reframing as a part of some ongoing work I am doing internationally. I first worked with this group in Romania after Ceausescu and his wife were shot and on a community level in Iasi Romania they asked to work with me on negotiation, mediation, community communication and building trust….over the years.

This interview was done during Covid as we were not working in person during that time. My voice sounds weird, It gives you an idea of my experiences with several people as their bodies stopped beating and breathing and they were free to move on as their true selves, as energy beings.

I expect it would seem weird to hear my experiences, they ask ‘Do you see dead people?’ yes I do, and they are in their healthy, vital selves (usually looking like they are about 30-35 years old) From my experience of being with numbers of people as their physical form ceases; their true self does not die with the body. It continues on. “energy is not created or destroyed, it simply transforms.

Like water can be a drink, a blizzard, a river and even seemingly invisible in humidity. It is still H2O. And so also is our energy self, (some say soul) and it is a joyful experience for the self to be free of an old, painful and struggling body; to float, to fly to love and continue…
